Easy So Good Jalapeno Poppers

Just realized that I never posted the recipe to these simple and delicious jalapeno poppers! Thanks TP for a great recipe and fresh produce!

Easy So Good Jalapeno Poppers

Cream Cheese
Shredded Cheddar (I used Fat Free)
Bacon (I used center cut)

Cut Jalapenos in 1/2, remove seeds

Fill each side with cream cheese

Top with shredded cheddar cheese and press down into cream cheese

Wrap stuffed jalapeno with 1 slice of bacon (About 1/2 slice per jalapeno half)

Bake at 425 about 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked

  1. I use the FF cream cheese and then put a little bit of Harry & David's Charred Pineapple salsa in the FF cream cheese then fill the jalapenos. YUMMY!
